 1. I like the deal. How do I get it?
 Just click the Select Date, Activity Time and Quantity and Add to Cart. Click Check Out if you're done.

 

 2. Is my credit card and personal information safe?
 Yes. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. Your email address will be used for the voucher transaction and included in our mailing list for future promos.

 

 3. When do online vouchers expire?
 The online voucher/s purchased in Manila Ocean Park website is valid 60 days after the last day of the promo. 

 

 4. When will I receive the email with my voucher after I have paid online using my credit card?
 You should receive the email ones your credit card payment has been cleared and deemed success. The email will be sent to the email address you registered with during the account registration process. Included in that email will be "printable voucher" in PDF format - Please select that attachment to print your voucher.

 

 5. Should I print all the voucher pages and where should I present the printed voucher?
 Pls see the following steps below:

  • Print out the entire PDF file of the voucher.
  • Present voucher and 2 valid IDs at the Redemption Booth located at the park entrance.
  • Once your voucher has been scanned and validated, you will receive an e-wrist tag for use during the duration of your visit.

 

 6. Can I order and pay for the voucher on my credit card and give them to another guest as a gift?
 Yes. If given as gift, kindly provide an authorization letter together with the printed voucher. User can present his/her own valid ID.

 

 7. Can I buy several deals in one transaction?
 Yes. Just click on the shopping cart button found at the top left of the page to review your purchases. You can make a final payment for all your purchases in just one click.

 

 8. What if I have not received the email with the "printable vouchers" after payment online?

First check your junk inbox; the email might have been directed there.

You may also log in to your Manila Ocean Park account, go to "Order details" and click "Print Voucher". 

If it is not in your junk inbox or in your account, please send an email to inquiry@manilaoceanpark.com providing your name, email address, phone number, receipt, confirmation numbers and a brief statement describing your situation.

 

 9. Can I use my MOP voucher the same day I buy it?
 For the Sharks and Stingrays Encounter, you need to have a 3 day prior reservation before you can use the voucher.
 For attraction promos such as Sea Breeze Express etc, you may use on the same day provided you present the voucher at the Redemption Booth.

 

 10. Can I use MOP voucher with any other promos or discounts?
 No. The voucher is only accepted for the specific attraction you availed. It cannot be used with other offers.

 

 11. Is there a fee to sign up?
 No. It's absolutely free to join our site.

 

 12. What if I can't log in to my account?
 First, make sure you typed the correct email address, and the correct password. Then, you can also try to reset your password: just click on “Forgot Password” in the Log In popup window (opened by clicking the Login button at the top right portion of the site).

 13. What do I do if I have activated my account but could not find my shopping cart?
 Click on the "Buy Tickets" button located at the top portion of the site.
